Hi, I’m Shell Skobel a Wellbeing, Positivity, Stress and Anxiety Life Coach offering online coaching worldwide and in-person coaching in The Hague, The Netherlands. With me as your coach, you will feel happier and more positive about life, reduce stress and overcome your anxious thoughts and anxiety attacks. In addition, I offer life coaching that focuses on improving your general wellbeing when facing various life challenges such as, creating fulfilling relationships, living an ideal life (personal and career), having a healthy lifestyle and dealing with a major life change.

What is life coaching?
Life coaching empowers you to confidently deal with all aspects of your life. It enables you to step back and look at your present situation, discover your possibilities and move forwards to achieve your goals in the supportive presence of a life coach.
Coaching is forward-focused and aims to move you on in your life, instead of letting you dwell in the past and be stuck in the present.
Coaching typically involves one-to-one sessions and often 6-8 sessions are needed over a 3 month period for significant change to be seen. With the help of a coach, you will stay on track, achieve your goals and feel happier in your life.
Who is it for?
Life is full of challenges and some times we just can’t seem to figure things out by ourselves. We need a new perspective and a listening ear to sound things out in order to find clarity, a new direction or to feel happy and get back on track.

- You have high stress and anxiety levels, and you may be experiencing anxiety attacks.

What does the coaching process look like?
The first stage is a free 30-minute session with me where we discuss your needs and look at how we can work together. This is a great opportunity for you to meet me and for you to make a decision on whether or not coaching is for you.
Once a coaching agreement is in place, we will begin with a Discovery Session. In this session, we look at all areas of your life and you select the areas that you would like to focus on for the duration of the coaching period. You will set 2-4 long-term goals for what you would like to achieve by the end of the 3 months. This Discovery Session typically lasts 90 minutes.
The coaching sessions that follow will be spread out over a 3-month period, with approximately 6 to 8 sessions taking place at 2-week intervals. These sessions last 60 minutes.
In each coaching session, we will follow a structure called The Shine Method to help you stay focused and on-track. At the start of the session, you will decide on a topic for the session and set an outcome for what you would to achieve by the end of the 60-minute session. I will use a variety of proven tools and techniques that will help you achieve your outcome. I guarantee a safe and non-judgemental space for you to express yourself fully.
* please note that the above period of coaching and number of sessions is the average for most clients. This will be adjusted to meet your specific needs.
In each of your coaching sessions, we will use The Shine Method:
S – Specify: talk about your situation and specify your desired outcome for the session
H – Honour: acknowledge your thoughts and how you feel
I – Ideas: come up with possibilities to deal with the situation
N – Next Steps: decide on achievable next steps to put into action
E – Evolve: enjoy watching yourself grow and achieve your goals
